Waterlogue

A little while ago, a friend introduced me to this app, which ingeniously takes your photos and turns them into highly convincing watercolours. The combination of fluid treatment and retention of salient detail is beguiling, although it might ironically put me off actually learning how to paint proper watercolours myself...

There are several different settings, allowing you to adjust how saturated, blurry or accurate you want your picture to be. It's great fun, and I think we might use it to present initial ideas to clients in future.
